Waffles With One Egg Waffles With One Egg
These are American waffles that you can easily make using only one egg. Addition: they're more light and soft than heavy and springy. In step 3, if you don't add the milk slowly while mixing, it'll clump up.If you mix the egg and milk at the beginning and set aside, it makes things easier. When cooking, if you feel like it's not cooking well try turning it over and cooking a bit more. Looks Like Waffles, But It's Galette Looks Like Waffles, But It's Galette
The galette I got is cooked in a monastery, so it's more tender and sweet. The shape is different from what I knew before, so I wanted to try and imitate it.Make sure the batter is completely mixed by using a spoon each time you switch on the processor because otherwise it won't be completely mixed. The real galette is smaller, and more like a square waffle shape. This is like "Trappist Galette" If you do not have a waffle maker, then bake it like cookies or in a frying pan. For about 2050 kcal total. Recipe by chikappe cookpad.japan -
Maple Waffles Maple Waffles
I felt that normal waffles aren't really sweet enough. So I tried using maple sugar instead of regular sugar and they tasted better.Combined, the bread flour and cake flour should weigh 140 g. It doesn't matter which you use more of.Adjust the amount of maple sugar (or sugar). Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -

Dad's Lazy Waffles Dad's Lazy Waffles
Waffles are fun! Having to use yeast in a waffle recipe is not fun. I have to wait **how** long for the batter to be ready? Just make me some toast!Anyway, you don't have use yeast in this recipe, which is why I call these my Lazy Waffles. This recipe makes 4 waffles on my 8-inch round waffle iron.Joe Fernandez
