Waffles With One Egg

These are American waffles that you can easily make using only one egg. Addition: they're more light and soft than heavy and springy.
In step 3, if you don't add the milk slowly while mixing, it'll clump up.
If you mix the egg and milk at the beginning and set aside, it makes things easier.
When cooking, if you feel like it's not cooking well try turning it over and cooking a bit more. Recipe by ukky0712

Waffles Waffles
Waffles make me happy! 🧇😋 I made these over the weekend and my three year old ate FOUR of them. I’m not entirely sure how she did that, but waffles clearly make her happy, too! This recipe is modified from The NY Times. Refer to the Notes following the recipe for more information. Chris Gan -
Waffles Waffles
This is an adaptation of my pancake recipe (which I'd worked on for about 10 years) which I'd made after I got a waffle iron. I might like these even better, so definitely give it a try! Makes a great breakfast when you want something nice but don't want to spend too much time either. lulublululu
