Heat oil in a pot add onions

Add spices and scotch bonnet, stir fry and add little water

Add in your perboiled rice and cover, allow it to steam

For the coslow, in a bowl add your shredded cabbage, carrot and cut your cucumber cubes

Add mayonnaise, salt and stir.

Serve your rice in a plate add your colslow to the bottum and serve
