4-5potato
3-4capsicum
2tomato chopped
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmric powder
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/2 tspdry mango powder
To tastesalt
As neededoil

Steps

1

Heat the oil. Now add cumin seeds,tomato,spices and roast for till leave the oil.

Now add capsicum,potato and mix well.

Cover and cook till soft the veggies.

Now add garam masala and dry mango powder.
5

Mix well serve with chapati.
