Ingredients

  1. 8 cupsflour
  2. 125 gmargerine
  3. 2large eggs
  4. 2 cupssugar
  5. 2 tspyeast
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix very well

  2. 2

    Make a well at the center,break the egg inside and pour the warm water

    Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated

  4. 4

    Add the margerine and knead very well.

  5. 5

    Continue to knead until a very soft and smooth dough is formed.it is very important to make your dough very very soft.

    Cover in an air tight container and keep in a warm place and allow to rise for 30 minutes

    Cut the dough into sizeable balls and make a hole at the center

  8. 8

    Give it 10 mins to rise again and then fry in hot oil.
