Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupswhole grain flour (buckwheat flour works well too)
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  4. 3/4 cupnuts (almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts)
  5. 1/2 cupsunflower seeds
  6. 1/2 cuppumpkin seeds
  7. 1/4 cupflax seeds
  8. 1/4 cupsesame seeds
  9. 3eggs
  10. 3/4 cupwater
  11. 2 tablespoonshoney
  12. 1 teaspoonapple cider vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Lightly toast nuts and seeds separately (if desired)

  2. 2

    Once the nuts and seeds have cooled, mix together with flour, salt, and baking soda

  3. 3

    Add in last 4 ingredients and mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook for 1 hour at 160°C
