Ingredients

  1. 330 gramsWater
  2. 600 gramsFlour
  3. 2 tspYeast
  4. 30 gramsButter
  5. 30 gramsSugar
  6. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1 1/2 tspVinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Add all except butter in mixer. Knead from low to medium speed until whole dough forms.

    Add butter in small pieces and continue mixing for 10-15 minutes.

    Cover and let rise. 1.5-3 hours depending on room temperature. Poking the dough should leave a lasting dent.

    Separate into small doughs. Flatten, rolled and place into pan. Let rest for another 1.5-3 hours or double its size.

    Preheat oven to 200C. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from pan once out of the oven to cool.
