Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 150 gmsPeeled and chopped Sweet mango
  2. 150 gmsPeeled and chopped Musk melon
  3. 4khajoor deseeded and chopped
  4. 1 inchchopped fresh ginger
  5. 2 tspchia seeds soaked in water
  6. 6-7almonds
  7. ForGarnishing:
  8. Some chopped mango
  9. As requiredChopped almond and pistachio
  10. 1 tbspChia seeds
  11. 1chopped khajoor

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a mixer grinder jar add chopped mango and musk melon and almonds.

  2. 2

    Add chopped khajoor and ginger and then grind it to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Transfer it in to a bowl and add chia seeds and mix it well.Garnish it with chopped almond,mango pieces,chopped khajoor.

    And chopped pistachios and chia seeds

    Healthy morning breakfast mango melon smoothie is ready.
