If I try to use them up just in meals, I get stuck in a pattern of making the same thing over and over again.I was always wondering if there were any desserts that I could make with potatoes.I finally came up with this recipe after a lot of trial and error.The most important thing is to get the batter smooth and creamy! If you don't have a food processor or a mixer, be sure to pass the batter through a sieve.I recommend chilling the cake in the fridge before eating.Also, if you add 4 g of powdered kanten, it will be firm when chilled. I have a thing for bananas this is a pretty nice cake the sugar is reduced as I find the bananas and sometimes I use raisins add to the sweetness..the vanilla essence I tend to use to my heart demise..so use an amount thats appropriate to your tastes

Hello!!! I am finally done with painting part of the house. I discovered that some walls need to be wallpapered, and not painted. To be able to paint them I would have to start from the very basic rules, and since I am not a professional painter I decided to wallpaper them.While searching the internet, I came across so many designs, I had no idea that wallpaper was back in style!!! this will definitely give the walls a great look instead of just paint. I chose a few designs and expecting to receive them in the next few days.It was time for me to choose a recipe, so I sat around looking at the many different recipes I have and could not choose one that I really wanted to make…:) So, don’t laugh I actually did a “Eeny meeny miny moe” funny hahahahaha and this wonderful Almond Cake was chosen as the lucky recipe.
