  1. 1 1/2 kgbeef filet, cut into thin slices.
  2. 1 green onion, finely chopped
  3. For the sauce:
  4. 3/4 cupolive oil
  5. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  6. 3 tablespoonshoney
  7. 2 tablespoonsvinegar
  8. 1/2 tablespoonginger
  9. 1/2 tablespoonsgarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Place the sauce ingredients in a large pan and stir over low heat until the honey melts. Remove from heat and pour in a bowl.

    Mix in the beef fillet slices and cover the bowl. Let the meat marinate for 3 to 4 hours.

    Transfer the meat with its marinade to a baking pan and add in the onion.

  4. 4

    Bake in the oven over medium for 20 minutes.

i tried this recipe because it looked a bit exotic and at the same time simple. I liked it a lot! Just doubled the quantities of the sauce, to make it more juicy, and i think i prefer it as such. thanks for a cool easy recipe food lover ;)
