  1. 1 cupFlattened Rice
  2. 1Dried Green Chilli
  3. 1Onion Chopped
  4. 1Potato Chopped
  5. 1/2 tspMustard Seed
  6. 1 tspCumin Seed
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  8. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  9. 2 tspOil
  10. 2-3Curry Leaves
  11. 1/2Lemon Juice
  12. 1/4 tspSugar
  13. 1 tspSalt
  14. 1 handfulCoriander Chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Give tadka in oil on medium flame with seeds

  2. 2

    Add onion cook a min then add potato

  3. 3

    Add half salt and sugar then cook till golden brown

  4. 4

    Crushed the green chilli, add it along with turmeric, red chilli powder, cover with lid and cook for min

  5. 5

    Add curry leaves Poha, Lemon juice and salt, mix well

  6. 6

    Serve with masala tea
