Boil the eggs and peel, boil the fish with salt ad debone it set aside. Wash and ground the beans with pepper,onions, crayfish, and shombo.

Melt the maggi with hot water add it to the beans, add salt, add red oil stir if its thick add hot water, add the fish and stir, wash the leafs.

Fold one end put some of the mixture add the egg then fold the other end, lay some leaf in the pot add water when its boiling put the folded moimoi init and cook till done.
