  • 1 cupPureed fresh green methi
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 1 cupBesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1/2 tspGreen chilli finely chopped
  • as neededGhee for cooking

Steps

    In a bowl take besan

  2. 2

    Add methi puree

  3. 3

    Mix well and make a batter

  4. 4

    Add finely chopped onion

  5. 5

    Now add spices salt, chilli, green chilli, chaat masala

  6. 6

    Make chilla on tawa with little ghee
