Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. as neededWater
  5. Chicken breast (minced)
  6. 1small onion chopped
  7. Pasrley
  8. 1 tspThyme
  9. 1 tspcurry
  10. 1 tsporegano
  11. Pinchginger powder
  12. 4-5 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add the minces chicken,garlic,Thyme,pasrley,curry,ginger powder,seasoning and spice mix until well combine.

    Heat oil in a pan, add the minced chicken and fry stirring occationally for 5 to 10 minutes set aside.

    In a bowl combine flour,salt and butter mix until resamble crumbs.

  4. 4

    Gradually add water to form a dough, let it rest for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Divede the dough into small balls floured surface, roll each ball flat and cut round shape using a round cookie cutter or cup.

    Add fillings at the centre and brush the edge with some water and place another round shaped dough on top seal with the help of fork egg wash the top.

  7. 7

    Bake until golden brown. Served and enjoy
