Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Salt
  3. Ugu
  4. waterleaves
  5. Crayfish
  6. Fresh pepper
  7. Cow leg
  8. Okpei
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut the yam and boil when it's soft

  2. 2

    Pound until no lump is found and put in a plate.

  3. 3

    Wash and slice the waterleaves

  4. 4

    Pour inside with oil and cook until the water reduces

  5. 5

    Add crayfish, pepper, salt, okpei and star cubes.

  6. 6

    When all is well cooked, blend the ukazi and stir very well.

  7. 7

    Cook for a while and finally add the ugu.

  8. 8

    Cut and boil the well seasoned cowleg until no stock in it

  9. 9

    Stir very well and soup is ready.
