    Boil the meat season it with salt,onion and stock cubes.Heat up pot,fry the egusi then allow to cool and blend to be smooth.bleach palmoil and fry the egusi always stir as is frying.pour in the meat and stock more water to the quantity you want.

    Allow it to boil,pit in other seasoning salt,pepper,crayfish,stockcubes after twelve minutes.rinse and pour in the bitterleaves.boil for another 4mins.

    Boil a cup of water sprinkle in the poundo yam and stir with a stir for 5minutes pour in little water and let it boil small allow to cool then serve.
