Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsif flour
  2. 1tblspoon of salt
  3. 3tblspoon of oil
  4. Water
  5. Mince meat fillings

Cooking Instructions

    Add the flour to a bowl

    Add sat and mix

  3. 3

    Add oil and mix

  4. 4

    Add water to foam a dough

  5. 5

    Kneed for 10min

  6. 6

    Cover to rest for 10min

  7. 7

    Kneed again cut into 6pics

  8. 8

    Roll out the dough but the top with oil

  9. 9

    Court into plain flour

  10. 10

    Repeat the process to finish the dough

  11. 11

    Put them all together and roll out once again till flat

  12. 12

    Place on preheated pan for 5mins over low heat

  13. 13

    Use your hand gently to remove them one by one

  14. 14

    Pastry sheet are ready

  15. 15

    Cut and add the Mince meat fillings

  16. 16

    Then close and fry or store in freezer
