KFC-style Biscuits! KFC-style Biscuits!
I love KFC's biscuits. I've tried many recipes for these, but none tasted quite like theirs. I've finally managed to come up with a recipe that captures the flakiness, crispiness, and fluffiness. If you think I'm kidding, be sure to try it yourself. You'll be amazed.Keep the butter in the refrigerator.(Making sure the butter doesn't melt is a key point.)Fold the dough over at least 6 times. If you knead it too much, it will be like bread, or not enough, and it will be like pie, so try to get a feel for the right texture! Better than KFC!? Spicy Chicken Better than KFC!? Spicy Chicken
These are spicy karaage with homemade karaage powder. They're similar to Kentucky Fried Chicken.Since deep-frying the chicken for a long time will make them tough, it's best to fry them at a high heat for a short time.If you plan to have them with some beer, I think they'll taste better with 2 teaspoons of pepper. If you decide to skip the steaming part, patiently deep-fry them in oil at 160°C, and then raise the temperature and fry quickly at the end. Authentic KFC-Style Fried Chicken Authentic KFC-Style Fried Chicken
I tried out various things, but this might be the most authentic.Coat in • while mixing it.If you add 3-5 shakes each of paprika, ginger, chili powder, oregano, and basil (or parsley), it will taste even more authentic. Shake off the excess flour when frying. Recipe by Akkorin mama cookpad.japan -
Jang Style Chicken - Recreating KFC Chicken Jang Style Chicken - Recreating KFC Chicken
I was so amazed at how delicious the Jang Sauce Chicken at KFC was, and I immediately got to recreating the dish. Actually, I was successful with my first try (lol). The key is to add curry powder into the crust ♪You should definitely taste the real thing at KFC!★ I used granulated sugar.★ My gochujang is fairly spicy, but the result won't be too hot since the sugar gives it a sweet flavor. If you're into spicy food, you can add more gochujang if you'd like. Recipe by Homard Ebiko cookpad.japan -

Tex's KFC Style Fried Chicken 🍗🌿🇺🇸 Tex's KFC Style Fried Chicken 🍗🌿🇺🇸
There are so many versions of the Colonel's classic recipe, I thought I'd have a crack too. I decided to poach the chicken first so that it remains moist, requires less cooking in the fryer, and absorbs less oil. Tex
