Add little vegetable oil your pan

Add your fresh tomatoes and tin tomatoes fry a bit

Add your green paper and spring onions

Look for a few minutes

Use batter to bind it up pour in a serving plate and allow to cool

Mix all your dry ingredients add your butter and roll

Mix gently and add water to it make it a dough, leave it to rest for 15 minute

Bring out your dough and flatten it, put the ingredients at the edges and roll it to the centre.

This is very similar to my cottage pie recipe. The main difference is that cottage pie has beef, sheppards pie has lamb or goat. I used both lamb and beef. And of course added my own little twist to keep away from main stream dining. this was a giant hit at the dinner party I served it at. Great one pan meal.
