Ingredients

  1. Rice(washed n drained
  2. Onions chopped
  3. Carrots diced
  4. Garlic paste
  5. Curry
  6. Peas
  7. Spring onions (shredded
  8. Veg oil n butter
  9. Stock
  10. cubeSeasoning
  11. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot fry garlic, onions add seasoning cube,curry,washed rice,pepper n fry for 10minutes

  2. 2

    Add stock/water n salt to taste,stir well,cover and cook for 40minutes on a moderate heat until d water dries up

  3. 3

    Add all the remaining veggies,cover wv a foil paper and cook for 3minutes more

  4. 4

    Stir properly to mix everything together, cook for more minute. Add spring onions n allow to simmer.

  5. 5

    Serve with beef or chicken
