Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsflour
  2. 2spir Onion
  3. Black pepper
  4. 2 pccarrot
  5. Irish potatoes (optional)
  6. Minced meat
  7. Giniger/garlic
  8. 1/2carbage
  9. Green pepper
  10. Tiger curry
  11. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and slice the carrot, spir onion, green pepper and carbage keep aside with the cook minced meat to cool

  2. 2

    Fry all the ingredients in a pot with the minced meat mix all very well don't allow it to burn after which you set it aside

  3. 3

    Mix the flour in a bowl with pinch of salt and water don't allow it to be too watery, put two full spoon of oil in the pan using your brush to spread it on the pan once it brown a little you bring it out.

    Form the shape and begin to fill in the mix ingredients for deep frying.after wraping the quatity you want you start to fry it once it turns brown is good to go

    I did the same thing for the spring roll but I did not add Irish potatoes in it when wraping it

    The taste is so yummy 😍
