Ingredients

  1. Cat fish 2 kilo
  2. 2Green peppers
  3. 2Red peppers
  4. Onion 1 medium
  5. Oil(for frying)
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 3 cubesMaggi
  8. Spices
  9. Lemon 1 medium

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle salt all over the fish and wash with water then squeeze lemon juice and wash again,allow the water to drain.

    Rub all over the fish with salt and Fry in hot oil.

  3. 3

    Wash and slice the veggies,add little salt,Maggi,spices then stir fry.

  4. 4

    Garnish the fried fish with the veggies and serve.
