Ingredients

  1. Fish
  2. Cornflour
  3. Maggi/salt/powdered garlic/black pepper
  4. Chilli sauce
  5. Sliced Onions
  6. Oil for dip frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the fish,remove all the intestines and wash thoroughly.(Use vinegar to wash)

    Strain it, and add Maggi,salt,powdered garlic and black pepper to it(I use 1 Maggi for 3 medium fish).mix well

  3. 3

    Dust the fish with cornflour and dip fry in hot oil.when it fries drain it

  4. 4

    Add lil oil to a pan,add sliced oil,stir fry,then add chilli sauce,lil Maggi and stir,Finally add your fried fish to the pan and mix well and carefully so that the fish absorb the sauce.you can garnish with green peppers or red pepper.
