Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspoha
  2. 5-6boiled potatoes
  3. 2big size chopped onions
  4. 2green chillies
  5. as requiredSalt
  6. 1.5 teaspoondhaniya powder
  7. 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  9. as requiredAnardana
  10. pinchHing
  11. 1/2 teaspoonAjwain
  12. 2 tablespoonscornflour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak Poha strain water and add mashed potatoes

  2. 2

    Chop onion and green chillies.

  3. 3

    Mix all spices in the Poha and mashed potatoes.

  4. 4

    Take small portion and make tikkis or cutlets

  5. 5

    Fry in oil.

  6. 6

    Poha cutlets ready to eat with chutney.

Whatever you say that make self and eat but not possible as magic of your hand and pure heart has no recipe that makes your hand made and cooked with heart divine dishes so tasty and delicious... So on my arrival I'll have all these wonderful cuisines..🙂🙏
