  3. Vegetable soup
  4. Ugu
  5. leafWater
  6. Red pepper,scotch bonnet, onions
  7. Nutmeg,garlic
  8. Maggi,onga,knor
  9. Curry
  10. Palm oil
  11. Fried fish
  12. Groundnut paste

Cooking Instructions

    Place a pot on fire add water allow to boil

    Wen it boils use ur mixing stick by adding d garri gradually and mixing it up until smooth

  3. 3

    Mould d eba using white leather and serve with vegetable soup

  4. 4

    For the soup: cut and wash ur ugu n water leaf separately

  5. 5

    Grind ur nutmeg, garlic,red pepper, scotch bonnet and onions all together

  6. 6

    Place a pot on fire put one cooking spoon of Palm oil add sliced onions to it then add to it grinded kayan Miya and stir fry

  7. 7

    Add seasonings and stir fry a little and add ur groundnut paste and fried fish to it,cover to cook for 5mnts then add ur ugu leaf and stir well for 5mnts den add water leaf and stir cover for 3 mints and serve
