Ingredients

  4. 2 tbsp ginger garlic chilli powder
  5. 4green chillies
  6. 2red chillies
  7. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  8. 2bay leaves
  9. 2 piecescinnamon stics

  11. 1/2 cupCashews

  14. 1 inchginger
  15. 2 teaspoonred chilli powder

  17. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First of all tomatoes should be chopped into small pieces and paneer should be cut into cubes.

    Then cut the paneer into cube shapes and boiled it for two to three minutes.

    Then take a pan, put on the gas stove, oil should insert one table spoon than heat.

    After than put garlic, chopped ginger, green chillies, red chilli, bay leaves, Elachi mix well then put chopped tomatoes coriander powder, red chilli powder mix well.

    Then put kaju after five minutes of cooking put half cup of water then cover this pan for five minutes again for batter cooking.

    Then switch off the gas flame and after ten minutes when this mixture is cool at room temperature then grind it with the help of mixture grinder.

    Then take a pan put four table spoons of butter and one spoon of oil after one minutes put ginger garlic paste of one table spoon then put daal chinni after four minutes put this tomato puree and mix well then put red chilli powder and salt.

    After four minutes of cooking switch off the gas flame add paneer cubes and serve this paneer butter masala with cream and chopped coriander leaves.
