  1. 2onion
  2. 2tomato
  3. 4 spoonbutter
  4. 3 spoonoil
  5. 15cashews
  6. 2bay leaf
  7. 1/4 tsp clove powder
  8. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  9. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  10. 1 spoonkasoori methi leaves
  11. 3 spoonfresh cream
  12. leavesCoriander
  13. To tastesalt
  14. 2 tsp garam masal powder
  15. 1 tspChilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add 2 spoon butter to a pan and add Cashew,add onion and saute for few minutes.add tomato and saute till tomato turns soft.

    Let it cool and grind it to a smooth paste

    Keep a pan pour oil and butter,add bay leaf add grinded paste and saute for few minutes.

    Add Chilli powder,cloves, cardamom, cinnamon,garam masal powder and mix well.let it cook for few minutes.till the raw smell goes.

    Now add paneer cubes and mix gently.add kasoori methi by crushing it with Ur palms,add coriander leaves and spread fresh cream.switch off the flame and serve hot.
