Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3 poundscarrots
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2 tablespoonbutter
  5. as neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, and chop the carrots into same sized pieces or close in thickness

  2. 2

    Put the carrots and, salt into a pot. Cover with water and boil till carrots are fork tender.

  3. 3

    Drain the water, put carrots, butter and milk a bowl. Mash them and beat them till they are at the consistency you like

  4. 4
