Ingredients

  1. *Ingredients for Oats Palak Spoon :
  2. 1/2 cupOats powder
  3. 1/2 cupPalak puree
  4. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  5. 2 tbspmaida
  6. 1 tsporegano
  7. 2 tbspred chilli flakes
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspoil
  10. *Ingredients for Oats daliya balls :
  11. 1 cupoats
  12. 1/2 cupdaliya
  13. 1 tspoil
  14. 1 tbspghee
  15. 1/2 cupmilk
  16. 1/2 cupwater
  17. 2 tspsalt
  18. 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  19. 2 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  20. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  21. 2 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  22. 2 tbspgrated cheese
  23. 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  24. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  25. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  26. 1 tbspblack pepper powder
  27. 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  28. 2 tbspcornflour
  29. 2 cupoil (for frying)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take all the ingredients of oats palak spoon. Mix it well.

    Make a soft dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roll it into thick chapati. Then give it a shape of spoon.

  4. 4

    Then deep fry the spoon.

  5. 5

    In a bowl take daliya and 1 tsp of oil. Mix it well and rest it for 30 minutes.

    Take ghee in a fry pan. Add daliya to it. Saute for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame.

    Add 1/2 cup oats and again saute for 5 minutes.

  8. 8

    Add milk, water and salt to it. Stir continuously.

    When mixture leaves the sides of a pan, take it out into the plate.

  10. 10

    When mixture becomes cool, add all the veggies, all the spices, bread crumbs and grated cheese to it. Mix it well.

    Make small balls from it.

    Make cornflour slury. Now deep all the balls into slury then roll it into oats. Again repeat this process.

    Deep fry all the balls.

  14. 14

    Serve it with tomato ketchup.
