    For dough:-

    Make dough from maida salt oil with with make smooth and like parathas keep aside now take a pan put oil and heat on the flame,now add chopped harimirch,adarakh and laisun, saute them few mins, now add all grated veg stur lightly on fast flem add salt sauce,vinegar off the flame,meanwhile make roti from dough stuff mixer of veg and roll it. And Stick with water and maida slurry then deep fry in oil transfer to plate and serve with cabbage and carrot and pyaz salad and schezwan sauce
