  1. 10Spring roll sheets
  2. 2 tspRefined flour
  3. 1/2 cupCarrot
  4. 1/2 cupCabbage
  5. 1/2 cupOnion
  6. 1/2 cupCapsicum
  7. 1 tspGarlic chopped
  8. 1 tspSoya sauce
  9. 1 tspVinegar
  10. 2 tspChilli sauce
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take 2 tsp oil in a pan.Add 1 tsp chopped garlic. saute well, then add onion and saute for 2 minutes.

    Add cabbage, carrot,capsicum and any vegetable of your choice. Now add chiili sauce,vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.cook for 2 minutes. Don't over cook.vegetables should be little crunchy. Then little cool down.

    Take refined flour.add little salt. Now add little water. make a thick paste. Take spring roll sheets

    Take 1 sheet.place little vegetables. Paste some flour paste. Fold from both sides then roll.Spring roll ready to fry.

    Heatt oil,put spring roll.fry till golden brown. Spring rolls are ready.

    Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
