Add cooking oil to frying pan and put your grinded pepper and onions and then fry it partially, add minced meat and spices and continuously stir until it changes colour

Put the flour in a bowl and add salt and oil and mix well, then add water to make a dough and allow it to rise for 10 minutes

Cut into pieces, flatten the flour, grease with oil and flour, merge 4 (one on top of the other) and roll

Heat on non stick pan and cut into 4, then pieces it

Fold it and and add the filling then fry
