  1. 1 bowlraw mango dices
  2. 2 tspoil
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tspfennel seeds
  5. 1 tspfenugreek seeds
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powdee
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2dry red chillies
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1small bowl jaggery
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Collect the ingredients in a plate.

    Heat oil in a wok..add fennel seeds,cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,whole dry red chilli and saute for few mins.

    Now add diced raw mangoes,turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder and saute well.

  4. 4

    Add jaggery,salt and water..cook for 10-15 mins.

    You will notice the gravy has thickened with soft tender raw mangoes.

    Off the flame.Serve sweet tangy spicy raw mango curry with rotis,Puris or rice.
