Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcouscous
  2. 1Tomatoe
  3. 1Cocumber
  4. 3sausage fried
  5. 1medium Onions
  6. 3gloved Garlic
  7. PinchSalt
  8. 3Seasoning
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  10. 4 tbspveg oil

    Diced all ingredient mentioned above

    Dice the fried sausage to chuncks

  3. 3

    Add the oil to a pot the onions stir fry to let tender and then add the garlic paste add 3tbsp of water and add the seasoning salt scotch bonnet and red pepper

    In a clean bawl pour the cous cous add the above sauce to it and sprinkle some hot water cover steam in a steaming pot or any clue

  5. 5

    After 5-10min its ready then add the diced items tomatoe cocumber some onions and the sausage to looks like salad serve with any sauce of ur choice mine is potatoe and a side of peppered chicken
