Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal soaked 4 hour
  2. 1 tbspbesen
  3. 3 cuphot milk
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1 cupmalai
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 1 cuppure ghee
  8. as neededDry fruits chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly dal grind and fine paste

  2. 2

    Heat ghee and roast besan 1 minit then add dal roast in low flame and stir it

  3. 3

    Then dal roast well till light brown add warm milk water and malai

  4. 4

    When halwa well thick add sugar and dry fruits and cook for 5 minit our dish is ready to eat garnish with dryfruits
