Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2tspn salt
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 1/2 tbspyeast
  6. 1/4 cupbutter
  7. 1 cupwarm milk
  8. Milk flavor

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Add the butter and rub in

  3. 3

    Break and add the eggs, flavor and mix

  4. 4

    Add the Luke warm milk and mix to form a sticky dough

  5. 5

    Transfer the dough onto a work surface and mix well for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Cover and allow the dough to rise (double its size)

  7. 7

    Roll out the dough and cut using a doughnut cutter

  8. 8

    Cover and allow to rise again

  9. 9

    Fry on low heat
