In a large bowl,add flour,sugar and yeast...mix well

Add egg and vanilla mix well

Add water..add 1 cup first mix well

Add 1/3 cup and transfer to a surface and knead well

Add butter and knees the dough for 30 minutes

Dust surface with flour and flatten dough using rolling pin..cut into Dougbut shape

Dust a tray with flour and arrange
- 8
Place in a warm place and let it double insize

Fry in low heat oil not hot oil under low heat
- 10
TrNsfer to tissue and let it strain...done

I didn't want to just do something predictable like chocolate chip cookies, so I thought about the other sweets that I enjoy. And I thought about the State Fair and mini donuts popped in my mind. These doughnut holes are simple, fun and quick to make.

They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients.Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality.
