Cinnamon Doughnut Holes Cinnamon Doughnut Holes
Makes 24-30 doughnut holes. Everytime I've made them, it's made 29. The story behind this recipe for me is that for highschool swimming, we had to make a baked good or treat to share with the team. I didn't want to just do something predictable like chocolate chip cookies, so I thought about the other sweets that I enjoy. And I thought about the State Fair and mini donuts popped in my mind. These doughnut holes are simple, fun and quick to make. Anna Udean -
Hint of Cinnamon Baked Sugar Doughnuts Hint of Cinnamon Baked Sugar Doughnuts
I do not like doughnuts.I just wanted to put that out there right off the bat. In no way do I like doughnuts. They do nothing for me. To me, they are greasy and very heavy. That is, until I tried Apple Cider Doughnuts and doughnuts from Doughnut Plant on West 23rd Street in the New York City. The doughnuts there are a work of art. I highly recommend them.Recently, someone suggested to me that I should try baked doughnuts. Supposedly, they are not greasy and heavy, since they are not fried. As usual, I picked and chose ingredients from different recipes to make them the way that I like them, since I am so picky. My wonderful & beautiful wife and I bought some doughnut pans and came up with this recipe. At first, I was skeptical if I would like them, but I really do like them. They are so good.As my wife suggested, this recipe is a great starting point. We can use this as our basis and go from there. I hope that you enjoy them as much as we do.These doughnuts make a dozen 4 inch doughnuts.Enjoy! J.A.B. -

Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts
My favourite treat is doughnuts! After lots of trial and error, I managed to mimc the taste of Mister Doughnuts! Unfortunately, when I originally tried cooking them in my 2 silicone doughnut trays they didn't work at all (The above picture shows what happened when I took them out of the tray. It was too late, and they didn't come out as nicely as I wanted.)They are very soft freshly baked, so if you are using a silicon tray, let them cool for a little bit before removal. Let them cool properly, and they will have a really smooth surface. By the way, I used a metallic tray.Use a ripen banana for ultimate results. Recipe by Aoisakana cookpad.japan
