Ingredients

  1. 200 gramcubed cottage cheese
  2. 4onions cubed
  3. 3 spoonrefined oil
  4. 2cloves
  5. 2cardamom
  6. 1cinnamon stick
  7. 1 pinchcumin seeds
  8. 1tomato finely chopped
  9. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  10. as per taste Salt
  11. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  12. 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  13. 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoonKitchen king masala
  15. 1/2 cupcream
  16. 1 cupmilk
  17. 1 teaspoondried fenugreek leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds,cardamom,cloves and cinnamon stick

  2. 2

    Add onion,ginger garlic paste and saute until it turns golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and saute until it softens

  4. 4

    Add salt,other spices and cook for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add cream and cook until it leaves oil

  6. 6

    Add milk and cook for 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Add fenugreek leaves

  8. 8

    Add cottage cheese and cook until the gravy thicken
