Ingredients

  1. 200 gpaneer cubes
  2. 2chopped onion
  3. 2chopped capsicum
  4. 2tomato puree
  5. 3 tbsp(cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper & 1 dry red chilli)
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 3 tbspoil
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  13. 1/2 tspKasuri methi powder
  14. as neededfinely chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper and dry red chilli and crushed them and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai and put oil, cumin seeds and asafoetida and bay leaf in it. when they start to crackle then add tomato puree in it and saute it for few seconds and add all dry spices in it and saute it for few seconds. After few seconds add all chopped vegetables in it and saute it and cook it for 1 minute.

    Now add paneer cubes in it and saute it for few seconds and add 1/2 cup water and prepared masala powder in it and mix it gently and cook it for few minutes. After few minutes sprinkle Kasuri maithi and coriander leaves and mix it well and turn off the gas stove.

    Your paneer do pyaza ready to serve and serve with Chapati and Parantha.
