So here’s my take on a thick gravy Paneer Do Pyaza.
This whole dish is made of just one Teaspoon of Desi Ghee and goes without saying that Desi Ghee is the healthiest of all as compared to any Cooking Oil available in the market.

So here’s my take on a thick gravy Paneer Do Pyaza.
This whole dish is made of just one Teaspoon of Desi Ghee and goes without saying that Desi Ghee is the healthiest of all as compared to any Cooking Oil available in the market.
Cooking Instructions

Keel the ingredients ready, finely chopped, add cumin seeds to ghee

Add onions, tomatoes & chopped green chillies
- 3
Add Garam Masala, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt as per taste
- 4
Fry the batter for atleast 5 mins, then add Ginger Garlic Paste, add water.

Add paneer, let it absorb all Masala to the gravy. Add some fresh chopped Coriander.

Serve it with fresh Chapatis or Rumali Rotis
