Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 2 tablespoonsugar
  3. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalts
  5. 1 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1large egg
  7. 2 tablespoonbutter for brushing pan

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl add the dry ingredients together (the flour,sugar,baking powder,salts) and mix. Make a well at the centre.

    Add the egg and milk, stir flour until it moistened.

    Brush your nonstick pan lightly with butter, scoop 1 cup of batter into your pan.

    Allow it for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly or edges are dry, with wide spatula turn and allow it for 2 minutes or until golden, transfer to platter. Repeat the same steps for the remaining batter

    You can serve it with Honey, Nutella, chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup or whipping cream❤️😍. ENJOY😋
