Ingredients

  1. 1cup milk
  2. 1/2cup milkmaid
  3. 2tsp sugar
  4. 1dry red chopped seedless chilli
  5. 6litchies deseeded and chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Add one cup milk in pan and boil

  2. 2

    Add sugar and mix

  3. 3

    Chop chilli and remove seeds

  4. 4

    Add it in milk

  5. 5

    Now add milkmaid and mix finely

  6. 6

    Cook till thick and let litchies also cook

  7. 7

    When litchi cooked turn off gas

  8. 8

    Cool this mix and pour in kulfi mould

  9. 9

    Keep in freezer for 8 to 9 hours

  10. 10

    Demould it sprinkle some flakes and serve
