Add one cup milk in pan and boil

Add sugar and mix

Chop chilli and remove seeds

Add it in milk

Now add milkmaid and mix finely

Cook till thick and let litchies also cook

When litchi cooked turn off gas

Cool this mix and pour in kulfi mould

Keep in freezer for 8 to 9 hours

Demould it sprinkle some flakes and serve

Hot Chilli Chocolate Hot Chilli Chocolate
I have been seeing quite a few recipes for hot chocolate that use chilli so I thought I'd make my own and see how it tasted. I did add a tad too much chilli so do be careful when adding your spices but all in all it wasn't a bad combination. Rae -
