Ingredients

  • 5boiled potato small size
  • 2onions chopped
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspGarlic chopped
  • 1 tbspCornflour
  • 1 tbspTomato sauce
  • 1 tspGreen chilli sauce
  • 1 tspRed chilli sauce
  • 1 tspVinegar
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 3 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a bowl put potato and cournflour, salt as taste mix it very well keep aside for five minute

  2. 2

    Take a pan put oil when oil is enough hot put potato in it shallow fry it

  3. 3

    Keep the potato in plate add onions and garlic in the oil fry for a minute add green chilli,add all sauces and vinegar fry for a minute, put salt as taste add potato fry a minute serve hot
