Mutton stewA very simple easy and delicious recipe of mutton stew made with using less ingredients

First heat oil add garlic paste now put mutton on it continuously mix with wooden spoon when u c meet color getting change now add tomatoes salt red pepper turmeric powder cinnamon stick cook meat for 10 minutes in this spices if u use cooker add two glass of water and cook mutton for ten minutes

In cooker mutton get tender in 10 minutes when u see oil comes separate add half cup of yougart and bhoonify for 5min. When it all mix well add while pepper sliced onion and all spice powder mix all thing very well and put lid on pan give daam for 3 minutes if u want lil gravy add 3 tablespoons of water

Turn of the flame and garnish with coriander green chilli ginger in Julian cutting mutton stew is ready

It’s also called kharay maslay ka ghasht my family is picky and have kids at home

So that’s reason I didn’t use whole masla but u can add what ever u want here crunchy mutton is ready enjoy with naan or simple home made rooti
