In a clean medium bowl add ingredients except the water and mix them throughly using a wooden spoon.

2- Add the water little @ a time till u make a soft dough cover and let it rest for 3mins.

3- roll it in to a small balls use ur 🖐 to press it down and make a hole 🕳 @ the Centre using ur fingers, fry till golden brown.

The 3rd step is not compulsory you can roll in to any shape of ur choice.
