I wanted to use fresh tomatoes while they were in season.I used some orecchiette that I received from a friend to make some seafood pasta and tomato sauce with brandy. You can quickly make this by adding tomato sauce to pasta. If you add the basil after turning off the heat, it won't blacken.Definitely add brandy if you have it. It will give the pasta a nice fragrance. This uses olives, so go easy on the salt. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -

I came up with this recipe after much thought. Tomato sauce is just not enough, but if you add some heavy cream, it is so delicious. For the tomato sauce I usedDuring Step 2, you can simmer over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. If you can't make the sauce at the same time as the pasta, add some hot salt water to the sauce pan instead.-You can use just the tomatoes and tuna.-You can serve 2~3 people if you use a lot of sauce. Chicken and Eggplant Tomato Sauce Pasta Chicken and Eggplant Tomato Sauce Pasta
There are so many tomato sauce recipes, but I just couldn't find the one for me, so I've been making this with trial and error.Add the honey (or oligosaccharide sweetener) while tasting. If you cook the pasta just right, the residual heat of the pasta will warm up the sauce. It's a bit of a reduced sauce, so if using regular pasta, add more tomatoes. Homemade Tomato Sauce Homemade Tomato Sauce
I make and store this sauce every year during tomato season. If you don't want the seeds in the sauce, you can strain the sauce to remove them. This tomato sauce goes well with anything.Leave the tomatoes out at room temperature.Since all you have to do is boil, peel and simmer the tomatoes, this is very easy to make. This sauce has a wide variety of uses, such as pasta or simmered tomatoes, and it's very convenient to have stored and ready to use. (You can store it in freezer bags in the freezer as well.) Try making this tomato sauce during the summer. Recipe by Iriko cookpad.japan -

Basic Tomato Sauce Basic Tomato Sauce
All-purpose, basic tomato sauce is not just limited to italian dishes - it's adaptable in many ways, so please try this out.If sterilizing jars is too much work, you can freeze the sauce in ziplock bags. The reason why I used different size jars is that I use different amounts when use the tomato sauce for making pizza sauce vs. making pasta sauce. I haven't added any spices or herbs, and just a minimal amount of salt, so that the sauce can stay flexible enough to be used in various recipes. Recipe by Ulisse cookpad.japan
