I came up with this recipe while keeping the taste of the supermarket's macaroni salad in mind.It's important to wait until just before eating to mix in the yogurt.It's also delicious if you mix in some tuna or bacon.If you mix in the mayonnaise and vegetables while the macaroni is still hot, it will absorb the moisture of the macaroni and make it hard when cooled. My mom and boyfriend both have their version of macaroni salad, as I'm sure there are a dozen more here. I grew up with camping and mom would always have macaroni salad that would pair well with habachi grilled hamburgers. It takes me back to nice quiet camping with pup tents and a lake.

Yummy! This recipe is so good, if you didn't tell anyone it was liver they wouldn't know. I grew up on it and every once in a while I get a craving for it. This is how my mother taught me to make it!

If u haven't tried liver u don't no what you're missing once cooked properly,it's soft rich and tender ,however over cooking it and it will turn to boot leather...
