Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sab sy phly dal or daliye ko 2 hours k lye begho dain. Ab cooker me dal or daliya, 3 glass pani or haldi dal kr achi trah gla lain. Jab gal jai to isy cooker sy nikal lain.

    Ab cooker me oil dalain or pyaz fry krain. jab fry ho jai to thora sa garnish k lye nikal lain. Ab is me lehson adrak ka paste or ghost dalain, thora sa bhon kr pani shamil kr dain itna pani dalain k ghost gal jai.

    Jab ghost gal jai to usy cooker sy nikal lain or reeshy kr lein. Cooker me mojood oil me tmater, daleem masala, adrak (barik lambai me kat kr),namak, mirch, dhania powder or kali mirch powder add krain or thora thora pani dal kr bhonty jain. Jab tmater bhon jain to is me botion ka reysha dal kr achi trah bhonain.

    Ab dal ko ghot lgain or us ko b cooker me shamil kr dain. Achi trah mix krain or 10 mint k lye low flame pr dam pr rakh dain.

    Daleem tiar h ab pyaz, lemon, podina or chat masala sy garnish krain or dishout karin.
