Ingredients

  1. 2 kgBeef
  2. halftsp Turmeric powder
  3. Salt as your taste
  4. 1& half tbsp Garam Masala
  5. 2 tbspRed chilli crushed
  6. 3 tbspRed chilli powder
  7. 2 tbspCoriander powder
  8. 4 tbspYogurt
  9. Halfcup Mustard Oil
  10. 4 tbspRaw papaya paste
  11. 2& half tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  12. (1 medium size onion) Onion paste
  13. Halftsp Jaifel Jawatri & elechi powder

    Gather the ingredients.
    In a large bowl combine beef cubes, Turmeric powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Red chilli crushed, Red chilli powder,

    Coriander powder, Yogurt, Mustard Oil, Raw papaya paste, Ginger garlic paste, Onion paste, Jaifel Jawatri & elechi powder and coat well.

    Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator. Marinate meat for 4 to 12 hours.

    Preheat coil for medium-high heat. Remove meat from refrigerator and thread cubes into skewers.

    Depending on the length of the skewer, plan on between 5 to 8 pieces per skewer.

    Do not overcrowd skewers and make sure there is enough room at the top and bottom of each one.

    Place skewers on coil grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, rotating occasionally. Once cooked through, remove from heat......

    Or otherwise u can cook In a pan add oil, add marinate beef and then cook 15-20 minutes then it's dry.

    Take a coal place on stove when coal become hot take it in stil bowl and place in the center of the pan

    Add few drop of oil on coal and immediately close the lide for 5 minutes serve with a Chapati or Naan with Chutney and salad.

If you are using boneless meat then write in ingredients 1/2kg beaf(boneless)
